Who we are
Rail Transit Consultants, Inc. (RTC) is an independent and privately owned company. It was founded in October 1996. We offer our consulting services in the areas of public transportation, for governmental and public works, and for cities and other operational systems. We assist our clients with planning rail transit development and conducting survey studies, providing engineering services and follow-through until the systems are operational. Depending on the client's need, we can design an entirely new transit system, a portion of a system, or an upgrade of an existing system. Most importantly, we work with special or transit agencies or authorities to protect their investments, and to ensure that the local contractors and suppliers meet their commitments to the Authorities. Our goal is to approach each of our projects with professionalism, building trust and confidence with every assignment we complete.
